Former Airport Security Director, Hopeson Adorye has chatised party executives of the New Patriotic Party (Party) in his recent outburst after he was sacked from the party last month.
In an exclusive interview on Akoma FM’s M’abato show, the former NPP associate said he got rid of his NPP membership card the very moment he had been sacked from the party.
Hopeson Adorye forms part of the four strong NPP activists who were sacked by executives of the party after he failed to cut ties with Alan Kyeremanteng, a strong NPP member who resigned from the New Patriotic Party ahead of the primary presidential election to form his own political party named the Movement For Change.
On 20 November, 2023, a communique was released by the General Secretary of the NPP, expelling former General Secretary of the party, Nana Ohene and three other NPP activists namely, Mr. Hopeson Adorye, Boniface Sadiq Abubakar and former NPP Communication’s Director Buaben Asamoah.
These four former NPP activists are now part of Alan Kyeremanteng’s Movement For Change party and are currently recognized as active members of the party.
