The special aide to former President, John Dramani Mahama, Madam Joyce Bawah Mogtari has spoken against the election of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as flagbearer of the NPP and his quest to become President of Ghana.
In a recent post shared by the special aide of Mahama, she accused Dr. Bawumia of building a future based on the premise of falsehoods and deceit.
Her recent declaration comes after an oldnewspaper photo of her boss, John Mahama re-emerged on social media, featuring a headline that read, ‘We lie during campaign period – Mahama confesses’.
This old newspaper implies the former President confessed that every politician lies when the time for election is drawing closer. In reaction to the photo of this old newspaper, Joyce Bawah in a recent X post shared her thoughts on the issue.
In the said post, she stated that nobody wants a future built on and around lies, adding that Dr. Bawumia has nothing to offer Ghanaians and nowhere to hide.
According to Joyce Bawah, Dr. Bawumia’s foundation is a foundation built on lies and deception and as such it will soon collapse.
After sharing this post, netizens took to the comments section to castigate Joyce Bawah for his sentiments with most of lambasting her for describing Bawumia as a liar and deceitful person.
These displeased netizens criticised her while stating that she should be embarrassed for making such comments about Bawumia when her boss (John Mahama) is also noted for corruption and all sorts intolerable leadership qualities.
