According to her, a lot of people looked down on her and said she was unfit to be in the media industry. Adding to this, she stated that some said she was too ugly and as such she isn’t fit for the media terrain.
Furthermore, Delay said though she was chastised and undermined by a lot of people, she didn’t allow what they said to discourage her from reaching for the skies.
She reiterated that, she knew she wasn’t ugly but it was poverty that made her appear ugly simply because she lacked the financial capacity to buy cosmetics and fashion products to enhance her physical appearance.
Being the revered media star that she is, Delay stated that she feels proud for what she has been able to achieve adding that she made herself and as such no man can break her or take away whatever she has been able to achieve by herself.
