Ghanaian teachers have been hit with bad news concerning their November salary from the camp of the Controller & Accountant General’s Department.
According to rumors, the Controller & Accountant General’s Department have deducted 1194.63 ghc from their November salary
Thus, per the content of a viral screenshot, the controversial deductions include 100ghc National Teaching Council (NTC) deductions for Teacher License as well as 509.55ghc Teacher Laptop deductions.
There have been allegations of an NTC License Renewal Tax which was deducted on a license that has not been renewed yet.
This has led to about a 200.00ghc increase in the tax being paid by the teachers. And all the deductions put together amount to 1,194.63ghc.
