Talented Ghanaian hip-hop rapper, Oseikrom has waded into the debate concerning the comparison of Ghana and Nigeria in terms of standard of living and advancement in both the economy and the entertainment circle.

Speaking about the situation, the Kumasi-based musician stated emphatically that there is no need comparing Nigeria to Ghana because the former is way ahead of the latter in terms of living standard.

Sharing his opinion in an exclusive interview on Ghana Television (GTV), Oseikrom Sikani made it clear that the standard of living in Nigeria is a clear indication Ghana is nowhere close to their West African brothers in terms of development.

According to him, Ghanaians are learning from Nigerians and as such it is not advisable to try comparing the two countries.

Furthermore, he cited examples highlighting on some aspects of development which includes the level of economic growth in Nigeria as compared to that of Ghana.

Adding to this, he made mention of the number of Nigerians who show up at major entertainment events like the Black Entertainment Awards (BET) as compared to that of Ghanaians.
