Iconic Ghanaian female singer and Ex-girlfriend of Shatta Wale, Michy has finally come out to explain how she was deceived into wearing a fake proposal ring bought by her ex-lover.
According to Michy, she was given a ring after the artist proposed marriage to her but after taking the ring, she realized it wasn’t genuine as perceived.
Narrating further, Michy revealed she found out the ring Shatta got her was a display ring after pawning it out for money after their relationship got worse.
She reiterated that she had no idea how much it was worth until she finally decided to sell it out for money.
5 years ago, Shatta Wale made a public proposal to Michy in the presence of fans who gathered to witness his Reign Concert that year.
After offering a proposal ring on stage, they both sealed the proposal with an amazing of their famous collaborative song titled “Low Tempo”.
Shatta, after performing “Low Tempo”, with his ex-girlfriend, went on to perform another collaborative tune titled “Bulletproof” to give Michy the assurance he will always be there for him no matter the situation.
Divergent to the promise made by Shatta, there were issues that came up and these issues eventually led to their break.
Though they both have a song together, the two are no longer dating and have made it known to the public on several occasions.
