News reaching xorlali.com has it that the bench warrant for Afia Schwarzenegger‘s arrest has been taken away by the judge who signed it.
The Tema High Court B put Afia Schwarzenegger in jail for 10 days last week for not following the rules. She wasn’t in court when the decision was made, so the judge gave her an arrest warrant.
This made Afia Schwarzenegger a wanted person, even though she is currently living outside of the country.
A week after the judge issued the arrest warrant, he or she has taken it back. This means that the Ghana Police Service is no longer looking for Afia Schwarzenegger.
This doesn’t mean she can go home. She will still have to serve 10 days in jail when she gets to Ghana unless the judge changes the sentence to a fine.
