Kumawood actress Nana Ama Mcbrown has revealed how acting in the local industry has helped her in life. Speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM’s Ekwansodwodwo Nana Ama Mcbrown disagreed with the rumor that Kumawood was not profitable as compared to the English industry.

Nana Ama also revealed that when the movie industry was collapsing a few years ago, the English-speaking stars were nowhere to be found, but thanks to the likes of Agya Koo, Mercy Asiedu, and herself, the industry was able to regain its footing.

She added that thanks to Kumawood she has been able to bag a great number of endorsements and got many followers and love from Ghanaians.
