Nicholas Alexander Boardman, of Buena Vista, Virginia, was the driver who died in a car accident in Rockbridge County on Saturday, according to authorities. Nick Boardman, 29, was killed in a car accident on Saturday.
Boardman was reportedly driving a Ford Explorer on VA-631 on Saturday when the vehicle left the road for unknown reasons. The vehicle flipped over after colliding with a parked car and a tree.
Boardman was taken to a nearby hospital, but he died there as a result of his injuries sustained in the collision.
