40 Ejuraman Anglican SHS students sustain injuries as makeshift dining hall collapse on them

40 students from Ejuraman Anglican SHS were injured when the school’s dining hall collapsed on them.

Five of the students who suffered multiple fractures are currently being treated in the intensive care unit.

The medical team on campus is caring for the other students whose injuries aren’t life-threatening. A rainstorm caused the dining hall to collapse.

According to twitter user called Isaac J. Bediako,

“40 students of Ejuraman Anglican SHS in Ashanti have sustained injuries after a makeshift dining structure collapsed on them. 5 students who suffered multiple fractures are under intensive care and the injuries of the remaining students are being managed by medics on campus”
