Active supporter of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and a strong advocate for Dr. Bawumia’s candidature for the Presidency of Ghana, Mr. Kofi Bentil has reiterated that the current Vice President remains the most suitable person to lead the country after the ruling President, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo is out of office.
According to Mr. Bentil, irrespective of the fact that some Ghanaian citizens are dissatisfied with what the current government has been able to achieve since they were voted into power, he still believes Dr. Bawumia is the most promising person to rule the country in 2025.
Adding to this, Mr. Bentil made it clear that though he is just a citizen and not a political adept, he has thrown his weight behind the current NPP flagbearer because he feels he is the most promising presidential candidate for the 2024 election.
Furthermore, Mr. Bentil said unlike ex-President John Dramani Mahama who has President of Ghana before, Bawumia has never been President and in light of this factuality, he feels the NPP flagbearer should be given the opportunity to lead the country to prove his mettle and competence.
He went on to state that definitely someone must rule Ghana after Nana Addo and after careful consideration and much thought, he has concluded that most promising politician who has never been President before, is best fit for the next presidential position than the one who has been elected as President before.
